Basso & Brooke Autumn Winter 2010 Basso & Brooke were the pioneers of digital print, now experts in this field there begs ones question. When everyone else starts to follow, where next? As digital print is the core value of the brand's ethos Basso and Brooke decided to step up this technique they had so brilliantly mastered for AW2010 by researching intensely into the technological side of print, pushing the boundaries once more and creating something special that enthralled the fashion pack. The collection itself saw fur details and colours contrasting the eye-popping graphic prints. Colours were rich and vibrant, with fuchsia, aqua and yellow prominent throughout. The lines were clean cut and a feminine, slim silhouette gave the whole show an effortless chic. Our absolute favourite though had to be the hooded and beautifully cut suit. Produced with yet again an undeniably head turning print, although contrasting to the rest of the collection quite a muted colour scheme. The whole show was accented by matte leather gloves and surreal heels which added to the geometric feel and again contributed to this outstanding collection. Basso and Brooke are truly the masters when it comes to the realm of digital print. . . .
